How to Delete Your Kuibl Account: Complete Guide

Before You Delete: Read This First
Cancel Your Premium Subscription
Critical: Cancel Your Subscription First
Deleting your account does NOT automatically cancel your premium subscription.
You must manually cancel your subscription through the App Store (iOS/macOS) or Google Play Store (Android) to stop future billing. If you don't cancel, you will continue to be charged even after your account is deleted.
No refunds will be issued for any remaining subscription period after account deletion.
For iOS/macOS users:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Select Kuibl Premium
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
For Android users:
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap the menu icon (three lines) in the top left
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Select Kuibl Premium
- Tap "Cancel subscription"
Your Data Will Be Permanently Deleted
When you delete your account, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers after a 30-day grace period. This includes all your study plans, tasks, notes, calendar events, academic records, and any other content you've created in the app. Once the grace period ends, this data cannot be recovered.
How to Delete Your Kuibl Account
Open the Kuibl app on your device
Make sure you're logged into the account you want to delete.
Go to Settings
Tap the menu icon (three lines) in the top left corner, then select "Settings".
Navigate to Account Settings
Scroll down to find "Account" section and tap "Delete Account".
Confirm deletion
Read the warning carefully, then enter your password and tap "Delete My Account" to confirm.
You will receive a confirmation email once your account deletion request is processed. Your account will be deactivated immediately and permanently deleted after 30 days.
What Data Gets Deleted?
When you delete your Kuibl account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- • Profile & account information: Your name, email address, profile picture, and account credentials
- • Study content: All study plans, tasks, notes, flashcards, and custom categories
- • Calendar data: Events, reminders, deadlines, and schedule information
- • Academic records: Grades, courses, assignments, and academic history
- • App data: Settings, preferences, and usage statistics
All this data will be permanently deleted from our servers after the 30-day grace period and cannot be recovered.
The 30-Day Grace Period
After you request account deletion, your account will be immediately deactivated. This means you won't be able to log in or access your data. However, your data will remain on our servers for 30 days before being permanently deleted.
